dc.description.abstract The party-list system per se is a good way of telling to the unrepresented that they are not forgotten in the government. The government and the party-list system themselves should work hand in hand in order to serve best the interests of the people. They should set aside traditional politics and work together in order to achieve fair and proportional representation in the Congress. en_US
