Real Estate Sales Management and Accounting System Using GIS

Abstract

Real Estate Sales Management and Accounting System Using GIS is a Geographical Information System based on Scalable Vector Graphics Standard. The system gives the users a graphical view about the project's sales. Features like querying map, recording sales and payments, managing system information and user profiles, generating reports, and sending automatic email reminders are available. The system can handle multiple real estate projects at a time; thus, it provides customizable real estate information like payment schemes, taxes, commission percentaegs and lot information. However, updating the map, such as deleting or adding lits, is not supported by the system.
