dc.description.abstract	The fast-growing modern technology is evident in various health institutions. Through Health Informatics, information technology-based innovations for deliv- ering healthcare continues to develop. Anterograde Amnesia Information System, or simply AAIS, is no different. AAIS is a web-based application system which is designed to provide technological assistance to patients with such condition by hosting compensatory techniques that will help them in their everyday lives. This system also aims to provide a remote monitoring capacity through the report gen- eration feature.	en_US
