Two CAS Students join NUS Young Fellowship Program 2024
Two students from the UP Manila College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) participated in the National University of Singapore (NUS) Young Fellowship Program on June 24-28, 2024 at the NUS Campus in Singapore.
Ms. Erin Patricia del Rosario, 3rd year BS Biochemistry, and Mr. Elijah Christian Langcauon, 4th year BA Social Sciences (Area Studies), were nominated by the CAS and were accepted to the program with the support of the UP Office of International Linkages (UP OIL).
The program is a week-long summer initiative tailored for students who have a passion for graduate studies and have outstanding research achievements. The program involved exposure to pioneering fields of research such as artificial intelligence, Deep Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Environmental Sustainability, and Social Sciences.
The fellowship program provided the participants 800 Singapore dollars each with on-campus housing and all program-related expenses. The CAS congratulates the participants and is very proud of you!
