CAS holds AUN-QA Preparation Workshop for 2 departments
The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) through the initiatives of the CAS Office of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs (OADAA) held a two-day preparation workshop for the upcoming ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) last September 30-October 1, 2024 at the Hotel Kimberly, Malate, Manila.
The event was participated and attended by the faculty members of the Applied Physics and Biochemistry Unit of the Department of Physical Sciences and Mathematics (DPSM), as well as the Biology Unit of the Department of Biology (DB).
Dr. Ernelea P. Cao, Professor Emeritus from the Institute of Biology, and Dr. Irene M. Villaseñor, Professor Emeritus from the Institute of Chemistry, College of Science, University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) served as the speakers for the event.
Representatives from the UP Manila Quality Assurance Office were also present during the second day of the event.
