Atty. Jose Manuel “Chel” Diokno’s keynote speech during the 2022 CAS Recognition Ceremony
Atty. Jose Manuel “Chel” Diokno remarked as he urged the graduates of the UP Manila College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) to choose a life that reflects truth and justice in service of the Filipino people in his keynote speech during the 2022 CAS Recognition Ceremony held at the Manila Metropolitan Theatre.
A total of 353 candidates for graduation were conferred their respective degrees and inducted into the UPM CAS Alumni Association on July 26, 2022.
