Present during the event were UPM Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Dr. Bernadette Heizel D. Manapat-Reyes, who administered the oath of office of Dean De Guzman, and UPM Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance Dr. Johanna Patricia A. Cañal. Members of the CAS Executive Committee also took their oath.
Dean De Guzman, in her speech, highlighted her aspirations for the college and her oath to uphold the PHD – Puso, Husay, at Dangal.
