The College of Arts and Sciences is looking for one College Laboratory Manager to be part of our lab team.
This is a Salary Grade 20 and Contract of Service position.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Biochemistry
– Licensed Chemist (RA 10657)
– 4 years of relevant experience
– 24 hours of relevant training
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Provide technical and administrative supervision of all college laboratories
– Implements and monitors Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Biorisk Management Program
– Prepared and submits Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP), monthly schedules, and other related reports
– Monitors equipment, ensures adequate supplies and reagents, and participates in laboratory management reviews
