UP Manila BS Biochemistry graduate Tops 2025 PRC Chemist Licensure Exam
Crisando Allen R. Lazo, a BS Biochemistry alumnus of the Department of Physical Sciences and Mathematics, CAS, UP Manila, topped the 2025 Chemists Computer-based Licensure Examination of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
Lazo got a score of 94.35% ranking FIRST among the 842 passers, and 1,150 exam takers. He is the 5th BS Biochemistry alumnus to get the highest rank of the said exam. The overall performance of the BS Biochemistry program in this year’s licensure exam is 92.59% passing rate.
The DPSM, CAS, and UP Manila are proud of this achievement.
