Dr. Todd L. Crisando Allen R. Lazo, a BS Biochemistry alumnus of the Department of Physical Sciences and Mathematics, CAS, UP Manila, topped the 2025 Chemists Computer-based Licensure Examination of the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
